A Final Thumbs Up

Yes, yes, yes I am a cinephile, movie geek, cineaste, film professor. I’m also a sentimentalist when it comes to the movies. Reading that Roger Ebert’s final ‘thumbs up’ was for Terrence Malick’s “To the Wonder”– well, I’m speechless. I’m a little weepy because it seems so apropos, so right, so wonder-full.
