I was saddened to hear that Howard Zinn passed away yesterday. Zinn’s A People’s History of the United States is a stunning work that reminds us that history isn’t objective fact, but instead a story with specifically chosen events to highlight and suppress. What a life you led Mr. Zinn. You will be terribly missed. We thank you for leaving behind your work for future generations.
